Honest about what we do and don't have.
The portal runs on Supabase and Railway, with multi-tenant data isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging on access to client data. Authentication is email-based with optional SSO for clients who require it.
We don't claim certifications we don't have. SOC 2 isn't in scope today; if your procurement requires it, we'll talk through what we do have, what auditors have reviewed, and where the practical equivalents are. Honesty here serves both of us better than fine print.
